Located at the Head Office of Astra Credit Company (ACC) in Simatupang, Jakarta, this project transforms the 5th floor into a dynamic workplace that seamlessly integrates meeting pods, lounge areas, and open working spaces into a cohesive environment.
The design adopts a human-centric approach, creating a more relaxed yet professional atmosphere aligned with the evolving needs of a modern financial company. The lounge area serves as a comfortable space for informal interaction, while dedicated meeting pods provide privacy for focused discussions.
A carefully curated material palette combines natural wood finishes, matte surfaces, and warm accents such as terracotta tones, balancing corporate identity with spatial comfort. Biophilic elements, including hanging greenery and integrated planting features, enhance the overall environment, promoting well-being and productivity.
Lighting is designed using a layered approach, blending ambient and accent illumination to create a soft, contemporary atmosphere that supports various work modes throughout the day.
Ultimately, the space is envisioned not only as a workplace, but as a collaborative platform that fosters creativity, communication, and team performance within ACC.
